1.1 Fawi is a digital platform that aims to facilitate the distribution and access of third-party apps, which do not require installation by users.

2. Apps

2.1 The apps include any content, advertisements, services, technology, data, products and other digital materials made available through third-party servers or Publishers.

3. Fawi Updates

3.1 By accepting the Fawi Terms of Use, the user also agrees to receive automatic updates that are essential to the proper running of the platform. Such updates serve both to add new functionalities to the platform and to correct found errors.

4. User Data

4.1 The use of the Fawi Services and access to its Content requires a User Account.

4.2 The User must be 18 years old (or the minimum legal age of the country of residence) to create a User Account and use the Fawi Services.

4.3 To provide adequate content and perform tasks more efficiently, Fawi needs some personal data from users that are protected by Fawi's Privacy Policies, which explains how it will be treated.

4.4 By adding your country when creating the user account, you are stating that country as your country of residence for tax purposes.

4.5 When creating and/or changing a Fawi account, the User commits to provide true data.

4.6 If there are indications that the data provided is false or inappropriate, Fawi has the right to suspend or even close the account.

4.7 It is considered inappropriate data, content that is illegal, racist, threatening, defamatory, obscene, invasive of someone’s privacy, or that incites any type of violence.

4.8 In the event of any errors or damage caused by the registration of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information, the responsibility lies with the user.

5. Security

5.1 Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their profile data and password. The user is also responsible for all activities under their account, committing to notify us immediately of any inappropriate uses or security breaches of their account.

5.2 The access or changes to the given data must be done only by the registered user of the account. Fawi can’t, under any circumstances, change the user’s data registry.

5.3 It is expressly forbidden to collect information within the platform from other user accounts without permission from the user.

5.4 Users should also avoid sharing personal information about their account, as Fawi will not be held responsible for any losses and damages resulting from the inappropriate use of their account by third-parties.

6. Deactivate Account

6.1 The User may deactivate their Fawi account at any time.

All your information and associated data will be deleted.

Steps for deactivation:

1. Open your profile page;
2. Scroll down untill you see "Delete Account" and click on it;
3. Follow the steps shown on screen to remove your account.

7. Blocking the Account

7.1 Infringement of Fawi's Terms of Use may lead to the deactivation of your account, preventing you from accessing Fawi as well as your account details or any files or other content stored within the app.

8. Language

8.1 Given Fawi's ability to provide a translated version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English versions of the Terms will conduct your relationship with Fawi.

8.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English version of the Terms says and what the translation states, then the English version will take precedence.

9. General Legal Terms

9.1 This contract replaces any other previous contracts that the User has accepted, hence creating all the legal contracts between the User and Fawi.

9.2 The User agrees that if Fawi does not enforce any legal right contained in this agreement it will not be considered a formal waiver of Fawi's rights and that rights and appeals will still be available to Fawi.

9.3 If any court which has jurisdiction to rule on this matter, concludes that a clause of this agreement is invalid, that clause will be removed from this agreement without affecting the remainder. The remaining clauses of this contract will continue to be valid and enforceable.

9.4 You and Fawi agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in Fawi's county of choice, to resolve any legal issues arising from or related to this Agreement.

10. Consent

10.1 By using Fawi, you agree to the Terms of Use stipulated in this document, subject to sanctions for non-compliance.

11. Change of Terms

11.1 If there are changes to the Terms, the user will be notified 30 days in advance before the changes apply. After that period, the user checks whether he accepts the new terms and can thus continue using Fawi.
