3.1 To complement and provide an excellent service, Fawi uses the services of the following providers and partners.

3.2 Considering that Fawi uses Hosting and Payment services provided by highly reliable service providers, Fawi will not be held responsible for exceptional cases of interruptions and or violations of services given by the providers. In this sense, users should consult the privacy policy of service providers on the Fawi platform.

4. Payment Data

4.1 During the payment and/or subscription processes for services provided by Fawi, Fawi uses the providers 'services to process and save the users' credit card data, so when paying or subscribing to Fawi's services, users should review the privacy policy of the respective providers.

5. Data Security

5.1 Fawi ensures a series of technical measures for the security of your personal information when creating, sending, or accessing user information. Our servers are secure and all confidential information is voluntarily provided, such as the password and other data, which is processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your password and related data are encrypted when stored in our database.

6. Deactivate the Account

6.1 When the respective user deactivates the account, Fawi undertakes to permanently delete all personally identifiable personal data, such as name, profile picture, password, phone number, date of birth and country of origin, one year after deactivation, for security reasons.

7. System Permissions

7.1 When using Fawi, our platform locally records the permissions granted by the user to third party applications and the respective dates, for security reasons.

8. Data Use

8.1 All user data and interactions processed and recorded at Fawi, may be used for statistical purposes, content segmentation, and optimization of the user experience.

9. Data Copy

9.1 The User is entitled to a copy of all data provided voluntarily to Fawi.

10. Policy Scope

10.1 This privacy policy covers only the processing and data treatment on servers managed by the Fawi platform, excluding any type of processing and data treatment through the use of third-party apps and or servers managed by service providers.

12. Judicial Situations

12.1 Fawi may provide your data in the event of a dispute and or legal situation in an official approach.

13. Language

13.1 Given Fawi's ability to provide a translated version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English versions of the Terms will dictate your relationship with Fawi.

13.2 If there is any contradiction between what the English version of the Terms says and what the translation says, the English version will take precedence.

16. Policy Change

16.1 If there are changes to the Privacy Policy, the user will be notified 30 days in advance before the changes take effect. After that period, the user checks whether they accept the new terms and can thus continue using Fawi.
